What it is
YourAIRank is an AI search visibility tool. It asks AI engines the questions a business's customers ask — using each engine's live web search — and records whether the brand is mentioned or recommended, which competitors appear instead, and which websites are cited as sources. Pro monitors the same questions over time.

Businesses and marketers who want to know whether AI assistants recommend them to potential customers, and how that changes over time.
AI engines checked today
- ChatGPT — free report and Pro. Questions are answered by an OpenAI model using OpenAI's live web search tool via the API. This closely approximates ChatGPT search, but answers in the ChatGPT app can differ because of personalisation, memory, location and model version.
- Perplexity — Pro. Questions are answered through Perplexity's Agent API using Perplexity's live web search. The answer is written by the model behind Perplexity's "fast" API preset, so it can differ from what perplexity.ai shows.
What it measures
- Whether the brand is mentioned, and how (named directly, referenced, or only its website cited)
- Its position when an answer lists several businesses
- Competitors recommended in the same answers
- Sources: pages cited in the answer and pages searched but not cited (where the engine provides them)
- Changes between checks (Pro)
