Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of YourAIRank at yourairank.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. Questions: info@yourairank.com.
What the Service does
YourAIRank checks how AI search answers mention businesses. For a website you enter, we read its public homepage, generate questions potential customers might ask, ask those questions to an AI model with live web search, and report whether the business was mentioned, which other businesses were named, and which sources were cited.
About AI results
- AI answers change between runs and over time, and can be incomplete or wrong. Each report is a snapshot of the answers we received at that moment, not a guarantee of how AI will respond in the future.
- We use OpenAI's models and web search tool through its API. Answers in the ChatGPT app can differ because of personalisation, memory, location and model version.
- Recommendations in reports are general suggestions based on what we measured. They are not a promise of any particular result, ranking or traffic.
- YourAIRank is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Other names shown in results belong to their owners.
Accounts
You can run a free check without an account. To save reports you need an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information and tell us at info@yourairank.com if you think your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Get around usage limits, quotas or rate limits, for example by using multiple accounts or automated requests.
- Use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Service, except as we explicitly allow.
- Try to access other users' accounts or data, or probe, scan or test the Service's security.
- Interfere with or overload the Service or the websites it checks.
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful or misleading, or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
Plans and payment
The Free plan is free of charge. The Pro plan is shown on our pricing page but is not yet available for purchase, and we do not currently charge anyone. When paid plans launch, the price, billing terms and cancellation terms will be shown before you buy, and you will only be charged if you choose to subscribe.
Reports and your content
You keep any rights you have in the information you submit. You give us permission to use it to provide and improve the Service. Reports from free checks can be viewed by anyone who has the link; see our Privacy Policy. You may use your reports for your own business purposes.
Our Service
The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us and is protected by law. These terms don't give you any rights in it beyond using the Service as described here.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, including limits and features, at any time. We try to keep the Service available but don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing info@yourairank.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service or others at risk.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
